We are pleased to announce the purchase by Persico S.p.A. of all industrial rights of the company Terenzio s.r.l.
 
The acquisition includes all Terenzio trademarks, patents, technical drawings and all documentation concerning the development, the production and the marketing of Terenzio products and the related technologies and know-how.
 
Persico then becomes the exclusive holder of Terenzio's industrial rights and is therefore the only company that can legitimately develop, produce, market and sell Terenzio products or products however arising from the technology and know-how of Terenzio.
